Duties and Taxes
INSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
All prices and shipping costs include VAT. No customs duties or import taxes are charged on goods shipped within the European Union.
OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (Switzerland and the rest of the World)
Prices for goods shipped to non-EU countries exclude VAT.
We ship duty unpaid. Customs duties, import taxes and the carrier’s handling fees arise on delivery, are set by the law of the destination country, and are borne by the recipient. They are not shown at the checkout and we do not collect them.
Since 29 August 2025 the United States no longer grants a duty-free allowance for consignments of low value. Every shipment to the United States is subject to import charges, whatever its value.

Exchanges
An exchange is a service we offer. It is separate from your statutory right of cancellation, which is set out in our Cancellation Policy.
Articles may be exchanged if they do not fit, provided they are unworn, unused, and in perfect condition.
Please note: Custom-made and engraved items cannot be exchanged.
To determine your ring size, we recommend having your finger measured professionally at a local jeweler (or contact us to request a complimentary ring sizer).
To find your bracelet size, measure your wrist tightly using a measuring tape or a strip of paper and share the measurement with us.
For most other items, custom sizes can be manufactured upon request.
Please return the item to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Within the European Union we do not provide return labels, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you live outside the European Union, please contact us by email before arranging the return shipment. Exchanges from outside the European Union are returned with FedEx, using the return label we provide for 50,00 € together with the customs documents we send you. That is how the parcel is declared as returned goods and clears customs.
Please also bear in mind that the replacement piece is a new import into your country, so customs duties and import taxes arise on it a second time.

Returns and Refunds
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The instructions, the effects of cancellation and the model cancellation form are set out in our Cancellation Policy. Nothing on this page limits that right.
The right to cancel does not apply to pieces made to your specification, for example an engraving, a ring size outside the size range offered in our shop, or a material that differs from the catalogue item. Choosing a size from the size range offered in our shop is not an individual production.
Germany and European Union
If you wish to return an item, please ship it via a carrier of your choice.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first via email:

We will provide you with the necessary Return Documents, which must be included with your returned item. A parcel sent without them can be held at customs.
On request we provide a FedEx return label for 50,00 €. If you ask us for the label, we offset that amount against your refund. You may also return the item by a carrier of your choice. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Refunds
We refund the price you paid and the delivery costs, up to the amount of the least expensive standard delivery we offer for your destination. If you chose a faster or more expensive shipping option, we do not refund the difference.
Refunds are made to the payment method you used, without undue delay and at the latest fourteen days after you have informed us of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back.
Customs duties and import taxes you paid when the item was delivered to you were paid to the authorities of your country, not to us. We cannot refund them. Depending on your country, you may be able to reclaim them from your own customs authority.
